Before this season
- Armthorpe Welfare were promoted from Division One Central to Premier Division
- Farsley Celtic were promoted from Division One North to Premier Division
- Garforth Miners changed name to Garforth Town
- Glasshoughton Welfare joined Division Three
- Guisborough Town left from Premier Division
- Long Eaton United were promoted from Division One South to Premier Division
- Mexborough Town Athletic were relegated from Premier Division to Division One
- Phoenix Park changed name and reconstituted as Eccleshill United
- Retford Town left from Division One South
- In addition, the lower divisions were re-organised again. Clubs 2-6 from D1 Central,
2-7 from D1 North and 2-6 from D1 South formed a new Division One. Clubs 7-12 from D1 Central,
8-11 from D1 North and 7-12 from D2 South formed Division Two, while the remaining clubs plus
newcomers Glasshoughton Welfare formed Division Three.
