- Borrwash Victoria were promoted from Division One South to Premier Division
- Brook Sports left from Division Two North
- Denaby United were promoted from Division One South to Premier Division
- Norton Woodseats changed name to Dronfield United
- Retford Rail left from Division Two South
- Rowntree Mackintosh were promoted from Division One North to Premier Division
- Scarborough reserves left Division One North
- Sutton Trinity left from Division Two South
- Winterton Rangers left from Premier Division

- Guisborough Town left from Premier Division
- Long Eaton United were promoted from Division One South to Premier Division
- Mexborough Town Athletic were relegated from Premier Division to Division One
- Phoenix Park changed name and reconstituted as Eccleshill United
- Retford Town left from Division One South
- In addition, the lower divisions were re-organised again. Clubs 2-6 from D1 Central,
2-7 from D1 North and 2-6 from D1 South formed a new Division One. Clubs 7-12 from D1 Central,
8-11 from D1 North and 7-12 from D2 South formed Division Two, while the remaining clubs plus
newcomers Glasshoughton Welfare formed Division Three.
