• Halewood Apollo joined Division One
• Liverpool Hibernia left from Division One
• M S B Woolton Vikings left from Division One
• Old Xaverians reserves were relegated from Division One to Division Two
• Quarry Bank OB were promoted from Division One to Premier Division
• River Junior left from Division One
• Roma were relegated from Division One to Division Two
• The Lute were promoted from Division One to Premier Division
• Waterloo Grammar School Old Boys were relegated from Premier Division to Division Two

For the second successive season the Liverpool County Premier League was affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. While Divisions One and Two were completed, the Premier Division clubs played each other once only instead of both home and away.
