The Devon and Exeter League abandoned their normal format, setting up a number of divisions split East and West to try and reduce the impact of Covid-19. Even that proved to be a struggle, as the leagues were abandoned early on and only resumed much later, with a lot of teams opting not to play in the second part of the season.
