Devon & Exeter League

Formerly the East Devon Football Association and the Exeter & District League, the league has been known as the Devon & Exeter League since 1972-73.

The league has a catchment area of the whole of Devon plus anywhere within 50 miles of Exeter, but the main body of clubs has always been clustered around East Devon.

The distinction between Senior and Intermediate divisions was abolished in 2009, and the league renamed its divisions in a single sequence.
