Before this season

• Division Four was disbanded. Berinsfield reserves, Drayton reserves, Faringdon Town "A", Marcham reserves, North Oxford reserves, Steventon reserves, Uffington United and Watlington Town reserves were all elevated from Division Three.

• Kingston Colts joined Division Two
• Lambourne Sports reserves were promoted from Division Three to Division Two
• Letcombe left from Division Three, being replaced by their reserve team
• Marcham were promoted from Division Three to Division Two
• Milton United reserves left from Division Three
• Stanford-in-the-Vale left from Division Two
• Stanford-in-the-Vale reserves left from Division Four
• Sutton Courtenay were relegated from Division Two to Division Three
• Wantage Town "A" joined Division Two
• Watlington Town were promoted from Division Two to Division One
• Westminster left from Division One

As with most other leagues, the North Berks League was suspended after the country was "locked down" on the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic, and was eventually declared null and void.
