• Clubs placed in Division Two North East - Bottesford, Cottesmore Developement, Rothley Imperial, Sileby Town reserves, Sporting Markfield, Sutton Bonington, Thurnby Rangers Development
• Clubs placed in Division Two South West - Blaby & Whetstone Athletic reserves, Desford Development (as Desford reserves), Dunton & Broughton United, Kibworth Town, Rugby Borough reserves, St Andrews reserves
• In addition:
• 2nd Royal Anglian Regiment joined Division Two North East
• AFC North Kilworth joined Division Two South West
• Anstey Noamds Swifts left from Division One
• Asfordby dropped from Premier Division to Division Two North East
• Barlestone St Giles dropped from Premier Division to Division Two South West
• Burbage Old Boys joined Division Two South West
• Coalville Town Ravens joined Division Two North East
• Fleckney Athletic were promoted from Division One to Premier Division
• Greenhill Y C left from Division One
• Newbold Vardon left from Division Two
• Northfield Emerald were promoted from Division Two to Division One
• Sileby Athletic left from Division Two

For the second season in a row, the Leicestershire Senior League was badly affected by the Covid-19 pandemic, and was eventually declared null and void.

• County Hall changed name to Glenfield United
• Dunton & Broughton United were promoted from Division Two South West to Division One
• F C GNG left from Premier Division
• Highfield Rangers were promoted from Division One to Premier Division
• Kibworth Town were promoted from Division Two South West to Division One
• Lutterworth Town reserves left from Division One
• Magna 73 were promoted from Division One to Premier Division
• Northfield Emerald were promoted from Division One to Premier Division
• Pro Chance Football Academy joined Premier Division
• Sporting Markfield were promoted from Division Two North East to Division One
