Formed in 1959, the Cornwall Combination is a single-division league covering the Western half of Cornwall, and was a feeder to the South West Peninsula League. It disbanded in 2023, as part of the rationalisation of football in Cornwall, the clubs becoming part of the expanded St Piran League.
No clubs from the league compete in F.A. national competitions, the only occasion when they did was the single season that Falmouth Town had their first team in the league, losing to Bridgwater Town in the Preliminary Round of the F.A. Cup
